Meet The Collaborators
Trauma Informed RYT200, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga/Support, Wellness Coaching
Gabrielle Delayne graduated from Cambio Yoga in Colorado in 2019 with her 200 yoga teacher training. Shortly after relocating to Arkansas later that year, she continued her education through YogaFit and Embody Lab with 160 hours of trauma-informed, somatic-focused education. This inspired her in co-creating Monarch 61 Project, a non-profit in Van Buren that offers donation based healing classes for women 14 and older. Since 2020, she has dedicated her work to supporting women survivors of domestic violence, by creating safe and empowering spaces for healing and self-discovery. During her second pregnancy in 2023 she decided to expand her offerings to Fort Smith by opening Bloom Movement & Wellness. Santosha, also known as contentment can be found within when we have the tools to overcome stress in the body, mind & soul. Gabrielle is here to show you those tools so you feel equipped on your journey through life. She offers one-on-one sessions that are totally customized around your health concerns and goals.

Vinyasa, Breathwork
Hello! My name is Lakesha, but please call me Kesha. My journey with yoga started 10 years ago. I was never consistent in my practice but I have always known that this was something I wanted to make a part of my lifestyle. Flash forward to 2025 and I have completed my 200-hour YTT at Seva Yoga Studios in Fort Smith, AR. Yoga to me is more than "stretching". Yoga is a connection with the Self, it's a journey that goes beyond your mat. Through this practice I truly believe it allows you to challenge yourself and improve your mental, physical, and emotional well being so long as your heart and mind are open to it. I will be offering Vinyasa classes, a blend of mindful movement and breathwork while also working in some strength and mobility training in the process. I am so thrilled to begin this new journey teaching! Something we all have in common is that we are all in a constant state of change and we have the power to decide what we change and what remains the same. I say all that to say, I welcome you as you are and meet you where you're at in your practice. Whether you are new or have been practicing for years, I look forward to growing in this journey alongside you. My only hope is to make you feel seen and welcomed.
