This postpartum workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath after childbirth. Through gentle movements and breathwork, you’ll begin rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength while rewiring neural pathways, increasing stability, and igniting confidence as a mama!


Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your motherhood journey, this workshop was created for mothers of all walks of life. Babies under 6 months are welcome to join their mama. Please respect the space and refrain from bringing older children.


This is not a “baby and me” class, but a nurturing space for mamas to move, breathe, and return home to themselves. 📷
Participants must be cleared by their healthcare provider before attending.

Week 1: Reconnection
Focus: Establishing the mind-muscle connection through breathwork
