Cardio Dance

This class combine's easy to follow cardio dance moves with Plyometrics for a total body burn. It feels more like a party than a workout and is accessible to beginners!

Tips & Preparation:

  • Just have fun! Don't worry about perfection -- we're all human!
  • Lost in a move? Continue dancing until you're able to re-join the class.
  • Don't give up! It usually takes a few classes before you start to feel comfortable and more at ease with the movements.
