Vinyasa, meaning “to place in a special way,” is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance through continuous, flowing sequences. The added heat helps warm the muscles, allowing for deeper stretches and increased circulation while encouraging detoxification. Expect a mindful, rhythmic practice that challenges the body and calms the mind. All levels are welcome, with options provided to modify or intensify postures as needed.
