
This offering is designed to support your postnatal recovery while strengthening the bond with your baby and connecting with other new moms. This gentle and welcoming class helps you rebuild strength, ease tension, and create moments of mindfulness together with your little one.
We welcome moms 6–12 weeks postpartum (with healthcare provider clearance) and babies from 6 weeks old until they’re on the move. No prior yoga experience is needed, and you’re free to tend to your baby—whether feeding, soothing, or changing—as needed.
Don’t forget to bring a cozy blanket and a couple of your baby’s favorite toys for a more comfortable experience!
