Return to Regulation (Group Coaching)

In this two hour Trauma-Informed Intensive Program, we practice yoga & breath work to:

  • Learn tools to help regulate your nervous system
  • Move stuck trauma out of your body
  • Gain your power back
  • Reprocess the way you respond to stress
  • Access your vagus nerve
  • Practice Self Care
  • Befriend your body after trauma or abuse

Group coaching is available for 4-6 people. It is recommended to complete seven sessions. Each session is 120-150 minutes.
