Return to Regulation (Private Coaching)

In this two-hour trauma-informed intensive session, Gabrielle guides the client through a series of poses that offer deep relaxation and specific trauma release. It is recommended to work through 5-6 of these sessions to get into a healthy, comfortable practice of regulating your nervous system.

Each session is 120-150 minutes. Bring a journal and water.
