Come experience the power of sound as a tool for deep rest, energetic alignment, and inner healing.

Each Sunday in May (except May 18), I’ll be offering a one-hour Group Sound Bath from 12:45 to 1:45 PM, designed to help you reset your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and return to a state of harmony and peace.

Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where your body can relax, your mind can quiet, and your soul can restore.
